We have designated meeting points for each airport terminal

Heathrow

Terminal 2 – Meeting point is at the Heathrow Airport Information desk which is located near to the international arrivals area.
Terminal 3 – Meeting point is at WH Smith shop, located towards the right of the arrivals area
Terminal 4 – Meeting point is at Costa Coffee, located straight in front as you come into the arrivals area.
Terminal 5 – Meeting point is at Costa Coffee, located straight in front as you come into the arrivals area.

If for some reason you cannot locate your driver, please contact the office on 01327 765 765 who will locate your driver for you.
Our booking price includes 45 minutes meet/parking cost from the selected time after landing.

Luton Airport, Birmingham Airport & Stansted Airport

Drop off/pickup area located outside the terminal building.

Gatwick Airport

North Terminal – Exit into arrivals area, by the Marks & Spencer shop in front of you.
South Terminal – Exit into arrivals area, by the Costa Coffee which is located in front of you.

If you are a regular user the driver can meet you as usual at your preferred point.
